Hey It's Summer!

With summer comes summery things. Let it be known.

So every summer I get sick, or I have to visit the doctor's office at some point. Two years ago was probably the worst when I had the fractured ankle and inner and outer ear infection while I was at camp in 105 degree weather. Last year was some weird type of fungus that decided to attach itself to my leg. The thing is, all of those things happened when I left home. This summer I'm staying home so I figured nothing could possibly happen, right?
Wrong. On the 4th of the July I found myself in the Emergency Room being tested for Lyme Disease... and I have it. But good new is we caught it early and I just have three weeks of medication and I'm free of The Lymes. :D
Not sure why I felt the need to include my medical history in a journal entry, but it seemed significant at the time.

In OTHER summer news, you might notice that I've stopped submitting Ouija chapters... yeah... Well, writers block hit me hard and left a scar. So I've decided to take a break from editing the final chapters of Ouija. The last chapters are really important/epic and if I worked on them right now they would look like slop. Well, worse then slop... maybe more like pols.
Don't worry though, at some point it will find itself onto here, I'm sure of it. I'll probably be submitting random poetry and various other things, so I won't be disappearing of the face of the earth.
I guess that's it... Oh, actually today I'm thinking about visiting the bookstore so let me know if you have read anything really good lately!!
